TER1-048 series
CXTech’s TER1-048 series are high-performance thermoelectric modules designed for precise temperature control in thermal cycling applications. Built with advanced N-type and P-type semiconductor materials, TER modules can withstand over 500,000 thermal cycles. They are particularly used in PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) machines and other scientific applications. These modules feature environmentally friendly solder that complies with ROHS standards and can operate at temperatures up to 220°C.
