Hot extrusion crystal lngot
The N\P type Bi2Te3 thermoelectric semiconductor Hot Extrusion Crystal Ingots produced by the CXTech use high-purity tellurium, bismuth, antimony, selenium and dopants as raw materials, which are prepared in proportion and refined by high frequency to form bismuth telluride alloy flake powder, and the crystal powder is directional deformed and extruded to form semiconductor thermoelectric crystal rod. It is used as raw material to prepare semiconductor thermoelectric devices for high-end occasions. At the same time, the crystal rod has high mechanical strength, high utilization rate, high temperature difference, and good stability, and is especially the preferred raw material for micro-MicroTE.
These high-performance ingots are the foundation of CXTech’s thermoelectric coolers (TECs), delivering superior efficiency and stability across various applications. Designed for high-end industries, they play a critical role in 5G communications, medical equipment, automotive systems, and aerospace technologies.
CXTech leverages its expertise in thermoelectric materials to provide tailored hot extrusion crystal ingot solutions that meet the stringent demands of cutting-edge industries, ensuring exceptional quality and performance.
