Pellets
CXTech’s thermoelectric materials pellets are the foundational building blocks used in thermoelectric devices such as thermoelectric coolers (TECs) and thermoelectric generators (TEGs). They are typically made from high-performance semiconductor materials like Bismuth Telluride (Bi2Te3) and its alloys, doped with various elements to optimize the thermoelectric properties of both P-type and N-type pellets. These pellets are carefully engineered for high thermal efficiency, low thermal conductivity, and high electrical conductivity, making them essential for effective heat transfer in a wide range of applications.
CXTech offers a wide range of N-type and P-type thermoelectric pellets in various sizes, with pellet strengths of 20 MPa and 100 MPa. These pellets are designed to meet the diverse needs of our customers, allowing for optimal selection based on application requirements, performance expectations, and budget considerations. Whether for high-performance applications or more cost-effective solutions, our pellets are tailored to deliver the best results in thermal management systems, ensuring reliable performance for a wide range of industries.
